Kim Nordmo

With over 27 years of experience in the financial services industry, Kim developed and continues to manage investment portfolios with global exposure using, among other things, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) employing a comprehensive money management approach she pioneered in 2001. An established conference speaker with ETF investment expertise, Kim has been recognized as one of the San Francisco Business Times’ top 25 female wealth advisors in the San Francisco Bay area.
Kim’s career began in 1990 in equity research, first at Alliance Capital Management and later at investment bank Volpe, Welty & Company, where she researched companies in the high tech industries. With an interest in other asset classes, she later joined Salomon Brothers in New York City analyzing both investment grade and high yield bonds in the transportation and restaurant industries.
After obtaining her MBA, Kim joined JP Morgan’s Private Bank in New York City where she worked with ultra-high net worth clients and institutions. She joined the Wealth Management Group at Credit Suisse in San Francisco in 1999 and worked with technology company founders setting up for public offerings. After 10 year at CS, Kim joined Merrill Lynch’s Private Banking and Investment Group (PBIG), dedicating her practice to customized portfolio management and advisory work for high-net-worth clients. Kim co-founded Artience Capital Management LLC in 2009.
Kim holds a bachelor's degree from the University of California Los Angeles and an MBA in finance from New York University.
